Regular Weekly Classes

Evening one hour classes :

 

St Michaels Church at Corban Estate Art Centre, Great North Rd, Henderson. Mondays 7.30pm.

Please wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for stretch and free dance movement.

 

Classes are $15 casual or $12 per class paid in advance for the term.

Your Teachers

  Mas'ouda - Dance school director and teacher - born on the day of dancers and dreamers - named Tania - after Titania (Queen of the Fairies) - to lead and inspire.... and Mas'ouda - bringer of light - joy and happiness. As a performing artist for over twenty years and teaching since 1996 after having seen the words 'belly dance' as a child ; knew she must 'have a go' without really knowing what it was all about. After attending local classes and then going on to  study medical herbalism Mas'ouda started teaching dance to help get her through college.  Since those early days nothing has changed - to bring joy, to see results from so many women in their levels of increased strength and confidence - physically and spiritually; Mas'ouda continues to study middle eastern dance styles and share through teaching one of the most ancient and beautiful feminine art forms.

Vella - beautiful singer, dancer, and teacher  who comes with graceful ballet grounding - it is a delight to have Vella teaching dance under Triple Goddess. Pictured here taking part in the 2009 Christmas Parade one can see  her personality showing you her light good humoured nature which combined with her skill as a teacher in this beautiful artform makes for ease of learning in a relaxed atmosphere - as if being cared for under the wings of an angel !
